Josh Tward

Josh was born and raised in Toronto. He studied at the Schulich School of Business where he majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies. He graduated with an MBA in 1993.

Shortly after graduation, he began working for a highly respected advertising firm in Toronto. For two years, he was involved with various areas of the business which included client services, media planning and purchasing. He worked on numerous advertising campaigns which included print, radio, and television. Some of the companies that he focused on ranged from mid-sized to Fortune 500, from retail to financial.

In 1996 Josh joined the family business, a Holistic Investment and Insurance Planning firm. After achieving all industry licensing requirements and education, he successfully grew, streamlined and increased the sophistication of the services and products offered. Additionally, he was responsible for training and managing brokers. The business evolved into Tward and Associates and together with two other principals, the business was expanded further with a common vision and set of values.

As a founding member of TriDelta he has spent the past few years building this unique and innovative full service financial organization. Tward and Associates has recently been amalgamated into TriDelta in order to streamline operations and resources; the result is a stronger and more unified TriDelta.

Josh continues to provide his expertise and advice to a wide range of clients, in the areas of insurance and estate planning. Josh also plays a lead role in managing operations, new broker training, and strategic product development.

Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Karen and their four children. He enjoys coaching his kids’ baseball team in the summer, and playing floor hockey in the winter.
