Brad Mol, CFP, FMA
Senior Financial Planner
Brad was born and raised in Grimsby Ontario, and studied at both Sheridan College and York University. His penchant for numbers coincided with his desire to do something meaningful for other people. This helped him realize that a career advising people on how to best manage their financial life was a natural fit.
After majoring in Accounting and Economics, Brad started his career at Fidelity Investments, a large mutual fund company in Toronto. Four years later, he sought to expand his knowledge beyond the mutual fund industry. He held positions at CIBC Wood Gundy, CIBC Imperial Service and RBC Wealth Management.
During these years he continued his education by attaining the Financial Management Advisor (FMA) designation. More recently, he successfully completed the requirements to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP); an internationally acclaimed designation which is now the gold standard of financial planning. He is committed to constantly upgrade his skills and expertise through continuing education.
Brad has a decade of investment management and financial planning experience covering the mutual fund industry, full service brokerage, and Canadian banking platforms. He began to realize that compensation structures and demands from Canadian banks often conflicted with clients’ best interests. After thoroughly researching the Canadian industry, he joined TriDelta Financial Partners feeling motivated by the freedom and flexibility to deliver solutions that are in his clients’ best interests.
Away from the office, Brad enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys playing basketball, rock climbing, golfing, going to the gym, and jamming from time to time on the guitar.
